This event also spotlights learning and action from Transformers in the Public Sector, the inaugural state cohort of the STARs Public Sector Hub. Through the cohort, state government leaders from Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Louisiana are receiving targeted support focused on refining and implementing skills-first talent strategies from Opportunity@Work and the Volcker Alliance. Louisiana shares their experiences and insights on what implementation really looks like and some of the strategies they are employing at the state level.
