Hub Membership Opportunities

At the STARs Public Sector Hub, we know that advancing skills-based talent practices takes champions at every level. That’s why we offer two distinct membership tiers—so whether you’re an individual leader, a policymaker, or an entire state, there’s a way to get involved and access the resources you need.

Individual Membership is designed for practitioners, advocates, and champions who want to deepen their knowledge, connect with peers, and stay at the forefront of skills-based practices in the public sector. (This includes policy makers and legislators who are and/or are interested in becoming champions of a skills-first labor market.)

Institutional Membership is for state and local governments ready to commit as a whole—gaining exclusive first access to new tools and resources, tailored data insights, and opportunities to participate in Hub cohorts.
