We invite you to share your story and photo! Opportunity@Work features STAR stories on our website and social media channels to celebrate STARs’ skill-building journeys, recognize the challenges they face, and highlight their achievements in overcoming the paper ceiling.

Here's how it works:

1. Answer the questions in the form with as much detail as you're comfortable sharing.
2. We'll translate your answers into a short story and share it with you for feedback.
3. Once you approve, your story gets published on our "STAR Story" webpage.
