Rachel Providence

Rachel Providence is Vice President of Resource Mobilization at Opportunity@Work, where she leads the organization’s revenue strategy to support its mission of advancing economic mobility for workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs). In this role, she is responsible for securing and aligning the philanthropic and partnership investments needed to scale Opportunity@Work’s impact nationally.

Rachel has led efforts to raise nearly $100 million in support of Opportunity@Work’s mission, partnering with many of the country’s leading systems-change investors to advance a more inclusive and skills-based labor market. Her work focuses on translating strategy into clear, compelling investment opportunities and building the relationships required to sustain them over time.
