Leticia Richard
Chief Operating Officer

Leticia Richard is Chief Operating Officer at Opportunity@Work, where she serves as the architect of the organization's enterprise operating model — building the People, Finance, and Systems infrastructure required to scale mission impact nationally. As a member of the executive leadership team reporting to the CEO, she brings operational rigor, financial discipline, and AI-enabled ways of working to an organization on the front lines of rewiring how America recognizes talent.
With 17+ years scaling international, mission-driven technology companies, Leticia has served as the operational and financial architect behind multiple high-growth organizations across the US, Europe, and Africa — building enterprise operating systems from the ground up, and partnering closely with CEOs and boards through growth, crisis, and transformation. Most recently, she served as VP of Operations of Fraym, a global geospatial data and analytics company, where she scaled the organization from a 10-person startup to a 75+ person global enterprise, building a first-class culture and operating model through every phase of growth.
Leticia is herself a STAR — Skilled Through Alternative Routes. With an associate degree in audiovisual and cinematography, she built her entire career through the skills she developed on the job, moving from France to the United States and rising to the executive level without a traditional business credential to her name. When she encountered Opportunity@Work's mission to Tear The Paper Ceiling, she recognized it as her own story.
