LaShana Lewis is the founder and CEO of L. M. Lewis Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of experience across business, technology, and organizational leadership. She has worked with startups, nonprofits, and community organizations to strengthen operations, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and drive meaningful organizational change.

Through her journey as a STAR, LaShana built her career through experience, leadership, and continuous learning. Her professional journey has reinforced her belief that talent and potential are not defined by a degree, but by skills, performance, and opportunity.

As Chair of the STARs Advisory Council, LaShana helps ensure worker voices remain central to advancing skills-first practices and expanding economic mobility for STARs nationwide.
