Audrey Mickahail

Audrey Mickahail is Senior Vice President, Market Strategy and Solutions, at Opportunity@Work, where she leads the organization's regional and private sector strategies to expand opportunity and economic mobility for workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs). Audrey's work centers on translating research and market insight into action — building the partnerships, coalitions, and infrastructure that move employers and regions toward skills-based, equitable talent management at scale.

Before joining Opportunity@Work, Audrey scaled a corporate solutions practice at JFF, where she partnered with employers to develop social impact programs focused on workers and learners and drive practice change toward more equitable talent strategies. Prior to JFF, she spent nearly 20 years at Gartner — including leadership roles at CEB and META Group, both acquired by Gartner — where she developed and presented research insights to executives globally, led advisory teams, and helped organizations translate analysis into strategic action. Audrey is based in Northern Virginia.
