Human Capitalism: Re-Wiring the U.S. Labor Market to Reboot the American Dream

Seven years after the global financial crisis, the U.S. economy is riddled with paradoxes. Job openings are at record highs, while workforce participation is at 4-decade lows. Fear of rampant automation co-exists with low corporate investment. Many traditional economic indicators are strong, but employers fret they can’t find skills, many workers feel stuck, and the public mood is sour. How can we reboot?
