Rose Francois is a strong believer in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). These beliefs have afforded her to work at and with diverse companies like, Greenwood Seneca, Year Up, and Developing Capacity Coaching.
Rose has over five years of experience in customer service and professional coaching and has recently worked at Year Up as the Program Manager, and Employment Placement Specialist, where she managed and built relationships with over 200 students, Year Up staff, employers, and community partners, in the Los Angeles area.
