Yolanda leads the TechHire team working to create employment pathways for overlooked and underrepresented jobseekers in 72 communities across the country. TechHire partners with communities to power ecosystems so individuals —from overlooked youth, to veterans, to the long-term unemployed– have expanded access to quality tech-training and a place where they can show they have the skills necessary to work in the tech sector.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND HEAD OF MARKETPLACE
Komal is responsible for driving strategy and operations of our Opportunity Marketplace for employers and providers to enable overlooked talent to be hired into career path jobs. In this role Komal leads operations that cover the planning, testing, seeding and scaling of our Opportunity Marketplace - including customer acquisition and delivery.
VICE PRESIDENT OF INSIGHTS
Papia is responsible for growing the TechHire employer network, which provides talented nontraditional job candidates a direct connection with great organizations in need of talent. She works with community leaders to coordinate outreach and engagement activities that educate employers about the value of nontraditional candidates, and makes the business case for TechHire candidates.
