Yolanda leads the TechHire team working to create employment pathways for overlooked and underrepresented jobseekers in 72 communities across the country. TechHire partners with communities to power ecosystems so individuals —from overlooked youth, to veterans, to the long-term unemployed– have expanded access to quality tech-training and a place where they can show they have the skills necessary to work in the tech sector.

Yuanxia Ding is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations for Opportunity@Work, where she leads strategy development and planning, ensures operational effectiveness, promotes innovation and knowledge sharing, and develops new partnerships. As a first generation immigrant, Yuanxia has dedicated her career to the growth and development of America’s human capital to ensure long-term economic competitiveness.
