Martin Evelyn has over four years of experience conducting strategic research in talent management and advising Fortune 500 HR executives when designing and implementing key processes. He has expertise in several areas of talent management, including defining a strong employment value proposition, recruiting and retaining critical talent segments, and designing compelling total rewards. He brings his knowledge of and passion for improving talent management to Opportunity@Work; and looks forward to helping employers leverage a underutilized but diverse talent pool to address the tech talent shortage in America.
