Martin Evelyn has over five years of experience conducting strategic research around talent management and advising Fortune 500 HR executives when designing and implementing key processes. He has expertise researching several areas in HR, including defining a strong employment value proposition, recruiting and retaining critical talent segments, and designing compelling total rewards. He brings passion using research to create a more equitable working environment for all Americans to Opportunity@Work; where he lead the creation of the STARs Data Hub, a resource that will equip key stakeholders with the information they need to change their processes to better train and hire STAR candidates.

Martin is a self-described nerd, and during his free time can be found reading everything from policy briefs on workforce development to the latest sci-fi or fantasy novel or painting toy figurines and vehicles from his favorite franchises and historical periods.
