  • Customer Orientation. You have strong customer liaison skills and can develop an understanding of customers’ business processes. In addition, you feel comfortable sourcing and gaining feedback on services to build a quality product for your customer.

  • Team Player. You thrive in environments where you can learn from and contribute to a larger team’s work. You encourage others to drive for results and take deep pride and interest in others’ success.

  • Project Management. You’re comfortable managing a number of projects in a fast-paced environment, are results oriented to drive projects to completion, in some instances with hard deadlines.

Experience:

You don’t have to have a specific number of years of experience, but we want to know you are excited about labor market dynamics, and are willing and able to learn our model and approach quickly. You’re fascinated by the use of technology to drive social and economic outcomes. You are interested in thinking creatively about the use of assessments and vetting tools and want to help individuals navigate the bureaucracy of the job market.
