JAMES WALLACE, CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE

James Wallace is a Customer Success Associate at Opportunity@Work. He previously worked at Prince George's Community College as a Client Support Service Desk Technician where he troubleshooted hardware and software issues, and implemented IT projects for the organization for three years.  

He started his career at Abacus Technology, a premier provider of information technology strategy and support services to both government and commercial clients worldwide. James was an IT Technician there, providing technical support for end users in an enterprise level environment. From there he went on to serve as a team associate for University Maryland University College. James exemplifies the Opportunity@Work mantra that if you can do the job, you should get the job. James enjoys spending most of his free time with his family, writing music, and living life to the fullest.
