Jacqueline Rodríguez, Program Associate
Jacqueline Rodríguez is a Program Associate at Opportunity@Work. In this capacity, she supports a network of TechHire communities to expand access to in-demand tech training and careers through inclusive hiring, training, and financing.
Prior to joining Opportunity@Work, Jacqueline worked at Manhattan Strategy Group managing adult education and workforce development projects for the Department of Education’s Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education. In this role, she supported the delivery of technical assistance to state and local providers in implementing new program requirements under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to connect English Language Learners to career pathways.
Jacqueline earned an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and was a graduate research assistant for the Office of Community College Research and Leadership (OCCRL), where she conducted research on promising practices to support the postsecondary outcomes of marginalized groups.
As a first-generation college student and daughter of working class Salvadoran immigrants, Jacqueline is personally and professionally committed to ensuring everyone has a stake in the future of work.
