Bria Johnson, CUSTOMER ACQUISITION MANAGER
In her role as Customer Acquisition Manager, Bria will lead all the work to support and power tech communities to enable solutions for skills-based hiring. Her primary focus will be to facilitate development of a strong tech ecosystem which will be the foundation that supports job seekers along a continuum starting with learning relevant skills for tech careers to securing gainful employment based on those acquired skills.
Prior to Opportunity@Work, Bria lead the admissions department at Year Up Providence. During that time, she worked on increasing the community partnerships and implemented a number of initiatives to help Year Up’s admissions department and diversity work.
Joining Opportunity@Work represents her continuing passion for overlooked and underrepresented individuals.
